Calling All Untethered Organisms is a video animation by Jennifer Willet exploring the experience of self-isolation and caring for young children during the first months of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The video uses poetry and scattered visuals to explore social isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic and compares our very human anxieties to the experiences of a virus, floating, waiting, not knowing what the future holds.
Calling All Untethered Organisms premiered at Con(Tacto) , an exhibition curated by Marta De Menezes and Cultivamos Cultura.
