MICROBES AND MUNCHIES FASHION SHOW

As part of Dr Jennifer Willet's "Bioart: Contemporary Art and the Life Sciences Class" in the School of Creative Arts at the University of Windsor, INCUBATOR Art Lab hosted an event in the CAW Student Centre called Microbes and Munchies!
Students were asked to design and construct a costume based on an image of a microbe (bacteria, fungus, algae, virus, protozoa) they researched online.The students came up with some amazing results! On March 16, 2026 we met on main campus and paraded out costumes through the student commons, and hosted a fashion show called Microbes and Munchies sponsored by FAHSS the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences - and the Student Society of FAHSS.
